We recommend using our exfoliating sugar body scrub after you have showered or bathed, and after you have used soap or body wash. This ensures your skin is clean and prepped for exfoliation, and the warm water ensures your skin is damp and soft.
Massage the scrub into your skin using gentle pressure, starting at the top of your body and working your way down focusing on any dry areas or areas that need extra attention for dead skin removal. Rinse the scrub off with warm water, dry your body with a towel, and finish by applying a lotion to lock in moisture.
